About the expedition
Our flagship trek — and the one that most often sells out first. Three nights camping in the alpine meadow beneath Nanga Parbat (8,126m, the world’s 9th highest), with a day hike to the base camp viewpoint. The last few days drop into the Hunza Valley as a softer cultural finale.
Challenging fitness expected. The Fairy Meadows ascent is on foot for the last 90 minutes from Tato village, and the base camp viewpoint hike covers ~12km at 3,500m altitude. You should be comfortable walking 6–7 hours on uneven terrain.
